Sharbel has lived in Wilmington for 14 years and has been in the roofing industry for 5 years. His hobbies include flag football, ping pong, and sports cars.
His goal is to create a family-friendly environment providing opportunities for all employees. He’s building a culture that fosters ongoing success, benefiting both the company and community by providing honest work and great service. Having seen companies work out of greed, as an owner he sacrifices to give more back towards the growth of his trusted employees.

James has lived in Wilmington for 7 years and has been in the roofing industry for 13 years. His hobbies include family traveling, golf, and drag racing.
As co-owner of Choufani & Bailey, one of his goals is to provide honest and top notch customer service to towns throughout the region. He believes in providing the absolute best regardless of profit. His mission is to provide the company with all of the tools and pathways to ensure perfect customer service and loyalty.
